When can I expect my order to arrive?
Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order prior to shipping. Our products are made to size to reduce waste and are not immediately shipped upon order. After your order has been received it can take up to 5 business days to complete the construction of the belt. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email with tracking information.
How much do you charge for shipping?
We offer free shipping on orders over $45. All other orders are subject to standard shipping rates.
Where do you ship?
We currently only ship to the United States. We are hoping to expand to other regions and countries in the future.
What are my shipping options?
We offer shipping through FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a tracking number along with a shipping confirmation email once orders have been processed and shipped. If you haven’t received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our Customer Experience team here. They're available Monday- Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm MST.

This signature sock was created to give back to Kurt & Brenda Werner's charity, Treasure House Phoenix. Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
All items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date as long as they are unworn and unaltered. Returns will be charged a $5.00 restock fee, however if the item is exchanged the fee will be waived.
At Remo Tulliani we want to maintain the best customer service we can, however the Tulliani guarantee does not cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted. Remo Tulliani reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Remo Tulliani's sole discretion.
How do I submit a return?
After you receive your product you will receive an email from us. Scroll to the bottom and you will find our Return/Exchange prompt. If you don't receive an email you can contact our sales team directly here.
Tulliani will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
Can I return one item and exchange it for another?
Absolutely! Our exchange portal located at the bottom of your email will take you through the process of finding a style more in line with your needs.
Why am I not being fully refunded for a return?
Returns are charged a $5.00 restock fee, however if the item is exchanged the fee will be waived.
I sent back my item but I have not been refunded yet.
Returns will be processed automatically upon arrival at our warehouse. Please allow up to 1 week for your order to arrive and be inspected for damage. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Gift items purchased on Tulliani.com may be returned. However, unfortunately, refunds may only be issued to the same credit card used for original payment.
Can I exchange or return personalized items?
Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of customized products.
Construction & Process
Where are your materials sourced?
Our materials are sourced in Italy where their standards for production are of a higher quality and Earth friendly. Our leather is sourced from a top rated and OEKO-TEX certified tannery. Our sunglasses are sourced from Italy with quality Monel frames, complimenting Grilamid arms and shatter resistant glass lenses.
What types of leather do you use?
We use high quality calfskin, nubuck, and suede produced using Italian environmental and manufacturing standards.
How are your belts sized?
Our men's belts are measured in inches from the buckle to the center hole of the belt. When determining sizing, men should add two inches to the size of the waist of their pants. A belt is not sized exactly as pants due to the extra fabric between the body and the belt.
Our women’s belts are measured in inches from the buckle to the center hole of the belt. We provide seven holes for each size as women’s style and fabric choices are varied. Women should measure their hips and add two inches to the measurement to account for the layers of her clothes.
What if my feet are wide? Will the socks fit me?
Our socks are woven using a single strand of yarn. This allows for a stretch that fits almost everyone without resulting in a loose fitting sock. The wool is able to retain its shape due to our patented pattern.
Is your leather vegan?
No. Vegan leather is made from plastics and synthetic materials. We are committed to renewable production. Our tanneries source their skins as an animal byproduct from the meat industry in order to ensure that the skins do not go to waste. Our leather lasts longer than vegan leather and is a natural product, therefore biodegradable, ensuring that our products return naturally to the earth.
Is your leather a by-product of the meat industry?
Yes. The meat industry is one of the largest across the globe. We choose to use skins from these manufacturers because we are committed to reducing the amount of waste produced. Our use of the skins creates a beautiful product that will last for generations.
What certifications do you have to support your social and environmental claims?
Our manufacturers have the Quality Management System certification from the Institute of Quality Certification for the Leather Sector as well as the Leather Standard Certificate for meeting human-ecological requirements set forth by OEKO-TEX.
Are your socks sourced ethically?
Yes. Our yarn is produced and spooled in Italy from with reclaimed materials that would have otherwise gone to waste. The yarn requires no finishes or chemicals and is 100% recyclable. The processes used to manufacture other yarns, such as polyester and nylon, are much more complex and can involve potentially harmful chemicals that harm the environment.
Are your sunglasses eco-friendly?
Our sunglass frames are made from Grilamid which is made from bio-based renewable raw materials and can be reprocessed or recycled. The lenses are glass instead of plastic when makes them 100% recyclable, long lasting and have a smaller impact on the environment. Only four ingredients go into our lenses. Sand, Water, Oxygen & Fire. Our lenses are naturally UV and IR safeguarding you from the suns rays.
