How do I return an item?
All items purchased on Tulliani.com must be returned by mail and should include your order number. Please email: firstname.lastname@example.org, and include your order number in the email, to receive the return address. You will receive a response within 24 hours.
Remo Tulliani will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, mishandled or damaged.
To make an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com to inform us of your new request. We will ship you your new product as soon as we receive the previous one.
How long does it take for a refund to be issued?
