These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of tulliani.com, including any purchases made through our website, online store, or related sales channels. The website and store are operated by Tulliani Inc, an Arizona corporation (“Tulliani,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or purchasing products from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the website or purchase products from us.

These Terms are intended for general business use and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication.

1. Our Products

Tulliani sells apparel and accessories, including belts, sunglasses, socks, wallets, and related products. Our belts are manufactured in Arizona. Some products or components may be sourced domestically or internationally, including sunglasses imported from Italy and socks made domestically.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, images, colors, sizes, materials, pricing, and availability accurately. However, we do not guarantee that all product descriptions, images, colors, or other content will be complete, current, or error-free. Colors and product appearance may vary depending on your device, screen settings, production variations, and photography.

All products are sold subject to availability.

2. Eligibility and Customer Types

Our website is intended for customers located in the United States and for other customers where we choose to make our products available. We sell to individual consumers and business customers.

There is no specific age requirement to browse our website. However, by placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding purchase transaction or that you have authorization from a parent, guardian, or authorized business representative.

3. Orders and Acceptance

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept, decline, cancel, or limit any order for any lawful reason, including suspected fraud, product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or violations of these Terms.

An order confirmation email does not necessarily mean that your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when we process and ship the order or otherwise confirm acceptance.

We may cancel an order and issue a refund if we are unable to fulfill it.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Promotions

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes, shipping charges, duties, and fees associated with your order unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Promotional codes, discounts, gift cards, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, expiration dates, exclusions, and limitations. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel promotions at any time.

5. Payments

We accept payment methods made available at checkout, which may include credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment options supported by Shopify, Stripe, PayPal, or other payment processors.

Payment processing is handled by third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our payment processors to charge the applicable amount for your order, including products, taxes, shipping, and other applicable fees.

We do not control third-party payment processors and are not responsible for their acts, omissions, processing delays, errors, or security practices.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship throughout the United States and may offer international shipping where available at checkout.

Orders typically ship within 7 business days after order acceptance and payment processing, unless otherwise stated on the product page, during checkout, or in a customer communication. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We may ship using UPS, USPS, FedEx, or another carrier selected by us. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing, labor disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If an order cannot be shipped within the stated or expected timeframe, we may contact you with an updated estimate or cancellation/refund options as required by applicable law.

7. Risk of Loss; Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery issues may be subject to the carrier’s policies and claims process.

If your package is lost, stolen, misdelivered, delayed, or damaged in transit, you may need to file a claim directly with the applicable carrier. We may assist with carrier claim information when reasonably possible, but we are not responsible for carrier delays, theft after delivery, incorrect addresses provided by customers, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

8. International Orders

We may offer international shipping where available at checkout. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and other charges associated with importing products into the destination country.

International delivery times may vary significantly and may be affected by customs clearance, local carrier performance, and import regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit international orders where shipping is unavailable, restricted, impractical, or legally prohibited.

9. Returns and Exchanges

We accept eligible returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return, the item must be new, unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition, including original packaging and tags where applicable.

Customers must obtain return authorization from Tulliani before sending any item back. To request a return, contact us at info@tulliani.com with your order number and return request.

For approved returns, Tulliani will pay return shipping.

Closeout items are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless required by applicable law or expressly approved by Tulliani.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

10. Belt Warranty and Lifetime Belt Support

Tulliani offers limited warranty support for Tulliani belts only. This warranty does not apply to sunglasses, socks, wallets, closeout items, promotional items, third-party products, or any product category other than belts unless expressly stated in writing.

Recent Belt Defects

If a recently purchased Tulliani belt has a manufacturing defect or fault under normal use, we may replace the belt or provide another remedy at our discretion. To request warranty service, contact info@tulliani.com with your order information, a description of the issue, and photos showing the claimed defect.

Lifetime Belt Support Discount

If an authentic Tulliani belt eventually reaches a point where it is no longer usable due to ordinary wear over time, Tulliani may offer a 40% discount toward the purchase of a new Tulliani belt.

This lifetime belt support benefit is a discount program, not a promise of free lifetime replacement. It does not guarantee that every belt will be replaced at no charge.

Warranty Exclusions

The belt warranty and lifetime belt support do not cover misuse, abuse, neglect, improper care, alteration, accidental damage, loss, theft, cosmetic wear, normal aging, fading, scratches, cuts, exposure to extreme conditions, unauthorized repairs, products purchased from unauthorized sellers, or damage caused by use outside the product’s intended purpose.

Proof of purchase may be required. Tulliani reserves the right to determine whether a product qualifies for warranty service, replacement, discount support, or any other remedy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the remedies described in this section are your sole and exclusive remedies for covered belt warranty claims.

11. Wholesale and Business Orders

Tulliani may offer wholesale pricing or business purchasing terms to approved business customers. Wholesale pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, shipping terms, discounts, resale permissions, and account approval are subject to separate approval by Tulliani.

For most approved wholesale customers, payment may be offered on Net 30 terms. New wholesale customers are generally required to pay invoices in full before shipment unless otherwise agreed in writing by Tulliani.

Tulliani reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, revoke, or modify wholesale accounts and wholesale terms at any time.

Wholesale, bulk, custom, or business orders may be subject to separate terms and may not be eligible for standard consumer returns unless expressly agreed in writing.

12. Product Care and Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for using and caring for products appropriately. Product longevity may vary based on use, frequency of wear, storage, maintenance, climate, handling, and other factors.

Any care instructions provided with a product, on product pages, or through customer support should be followed.

13. Website Accounts

If our website allows customer accounts, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate information, are used fraudulently, or violate these Terms.

14. Reviews, Testimonials, Affiliates, and Influencer Content

Customers may leave reviews on third-party websites or platforms. We may display, reference, or link to reviews, testimonials, social media posts, influencer content, affiliate content, or other public content related to Tulliani products.

Reviews, testimonials, endorsements, and influencer statements must reflect honest opinions, findings, beliefs, or experiences. Affiliates, influencers, ambassadors, creators, and anyone else who receives compensation, free products, discounts, commissions, or other benefits from Tulliani must clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with Tulliani in accordance with applicable advertising and endorsement rules.

We may use affiliate links, referral programs, influencer campaigns, paid endorsements, and advertising partnerships. Any such programs may be subject to additional terms.

We do not guarantee that any customer, influencer, affiliate, or third-party statement represents typical results or experiences.

15. Marketing Communications

By providing your email address, phone number, or other contact information, you may receive transactional communications related to your order, such as order confirmations, shipping updates, return updates, customer service messages, and warranty communications.

Where permitted by law and based on your consent or other lawful basis, we may also send marketing communications, product information, promotional offers, abandoned cart emails, and advertising-related messages.

We may use marketing and analytics tools such as Mailchimp, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta advertising tools, TikTok advertising tools, Shopify tools, and similar platforms.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.
